Who we are

KampeerBeheer is the controller for personal data processed on this website (kampeerbeheer.online). Privacy questions go to hallo@kampeerbeheer.online.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website kampeerbeheer.online: the information pages and the contact form. The application itself (app.kampeerbeheer.online), in which campsites manage reservations and guest data, has its own terms; you will find them in the app.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form we process what you enter: your name, email address, message and — if you provide them — the name of your campsite and the number of pitches. We use this only to reply to your message and, if you ask for a demo, to prepare it.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where a demo or quote is concerned, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

Your message reaches us as an email, sent through Resend, an email service. We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and at most twelve months after that, unless a customer relationship has started in the meantime.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To serve the site and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about your request, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. We do not look at this data ourselves.

The heading typeface (Poppins) is loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address in order to deliver the font.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

To see how the site is used — which pages are visited and how often “Request a demo” and “Log in” are clicked — we use Google Analytics, but only if you allow it in the cookie notice on your first visit. If you say no, or nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing reaches Google. We keep your choice in your browser (localStorage, not a cookie).

If you say yes, Google sets cookies (_ga) that your browser keeps for up to two years, and processes your device and browser type, the pages you view and, only to determine your country and region, your IP address; the address itself is not stored. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off, we do not link the statistics to other Google services and we do not use them to profile you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw below.

Login page

The login page on this site is currently a front door only: whatever you type into the email and password fields is not sent anywhere and not stored. We only count (through Google Analytics, if you allowed it) that the page was visited and that the button was clicked.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell or share data. Only these service providers process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (US) — hosting and protection of the website
• Resend, Inc. (US) — delivery of the contact-form email
• Google LLC (US) — delivery of the typeface and visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

These parties are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which permits transfers to the United States.

Your rights

You can always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Email hallo@kampeerbeheer.online; we reply within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If we change something on the site that affects your privacy, we update this policy. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
