Planboard
Pitches on the rows, nights in the columns. Drag a reservation to another pitch, see at a glance who arrives and who leaves.
Online booking on your own site
A booking page in your own branding, linked from your own website. Guests pick dates, accommodation and extras and see the price right away.
Online payments
Guests pay right after booking with iDEAL or card, through your own Mollie account. At the desk you send a payment request as a QR code or link, or take the card reader. Every payment lands on the folio at once.
Invoicing that adds up
Deposit on confirmation, final invoice on departure. Record payments per reservation; what is still open you see immediately.
Price rules
Seasonal rates, minimum stays, surcharges for dogs or extra guests. You set the rules, the price follows.
Guest emails
Confirmation, arrival reminder and cancellation go out automatically, from your own domain and in your own words.
AI translations
